    - Please note that any additional services require an extra fee and are not included in the standard cleaning package.

    - Deep cleaning allows for more intricate and detailed work on the tasks mentioned in the "Do's" section.

  • A Deep clean includes everything: baseboards,light switches & door handles, detailed dusting, back splashes and faucet fixtures are polished, light organization of every room (select add on for detailed organization) and an extra hour for areas with high detail

  • For all first-time cleanings, we recommend a deep clean. A deep clean gives us more time to get rid of any areas overlooked during previous regular cleanings. After the first deep clean, most clients go on to a 2-hour standard clean.

  • If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours ahead of time, the original payment method will be refunded in full.

    However, the full cost of the reservation will be charged if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking.

  • We only serve clients during the weekdays and have closed our weekend hours

  • Head over to the settings section of your account page and choose billing. You can update your current subscription, clean address, and billing information in that section.

  • Not at all Unless it falls inside the 48-hour timeframe. If you choose to cancel during these two days, the cleaning will be credited to your account.

  • Unfortunately, we don't. Our cleaners are only covered by our insurance inside your home.

  • to maintain a consistent job, We make an effort to use the same cleaners. Please keep in mind that occasionally, cleaners will need time off. We'll ask for a new cleaner or a reschedule if that occurs.

  • No, First introductions always help in building a friendly relationship between you and your cleaning tech and are a great way to help familiarize them with your home.

  • Yes. Your safety is something we take very seriously. With background checks conducted on all of our cleaners both federally and state-wide, we select the best.

  • Sometimes, only difficult-to-clean areas are treated with "Harsh" chemicals.

  • Yes! After the first visit, it is preferred. This way we won't hold you up.

  • Yes. You should give whatever feels right to you; there is no recommended percentage. Your Home Tech Expert will be grateful for any amount. 100% of the tip goes directly to the Tech!

  • Although rare, accidents do happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to work with our insurance to have the valuable item replaced, kindly get in touch with our office right away.

  • We don't! This stringent policy is a result of our commitment to giving customers an amazing experience while also giving our cleaners the safest working environment possible.

  • The cleaners will always find more ways to tidy your home with the amount of time you have paid. If a cleaner leaves early, contact our offices right away.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us right away for more information. A Re-Schedule Clean must be done within 2 working days of the initial appointment.

  • Yes, that’s why we reserve your day and time. It may seem inconvenient and out of the ordinary for a service company. We’ve adopted this standard to make sure all cleanings are pre-paid before service.

  • An additional booking must be made. In most cases, this is due to a lack of recurring cleanings.
